Funny Things Luke Says...

Lately Luke has been saying some really funny things...



At lunch Luke was given some chicken pot pie to eat & was not happy about it.

Luke: Mommy, I don't want this, I want chicken nuggets

Mommy: No Luke, today we are having chicken pot pie

Luke: Here's the problem is... If you're gonna make me eat that you at least have to give me a drink.



Caleb had stepped out into the garage and Luke didn't know where he was.
Luke: Daddy? Daddy? Daddddy???? Are you in here? Daddy, if you're in here say Sic' em bears...


A friend of ours was going on a trip and wanted to borrow a few movies for her son to watch in the plane. Luke was not happy about sharing, but finally gave in. When the friends came over to get the movies he picked "Cinderella" to let them borrow. Later in the car he said to himself quietly "I gave Grey a princess movie :)"

Picture Day At Mother's Day Out

Today was picture day at Brady & Luke's school. We were told to send them in white shirts and jeans and they would be taking the picture with a white background...should be interesting. I guess we will see.
Before we left for school I thought I would snap a quick shot of them on the porch since they were all dressed up. This was the best one I got. Nothing awesome, but oh well.


Because of the humidity we have had lately, my camera lens fogged up right away. I had to keep wiping it off or else this is what happened. The weather has been really gross.

Heyyyyyy, Sic' Em Bears!

This weekend we came to Oklahoma to visit Noah & Erin and see the Baylor/OU game. It was a long drive going up in the rain, but well worth it once we got there.




The score at the half was OU 14- Baylor 7. Not bad bears...

School Spirit Day!

Today at Luke & Brady's school was school spirit day. They had Chick-fil-a for lunch and got to wear their school shirt. We've got spirit yes we do!

Pearland Homecoming 2009

Football season around our house is pretty much non-stop. We have season tickets to every Pearland home game, Caleb closely follows Baylor football along with most other college teams, and then on Sundays the Texans play. Football, football, football!

Tonight was Pearland's homecoming game & they won! With all of the homecoming festivities we stumbled across face painting and hair coloring, so we HAD to jump right in to the homecoming spirit.

Fun Time With Family

Last weekend we went to Leander to visit Caleb's side of the family for the weekend. We had so much fun. Every time we are with them we make so many new memories.

The original plan for Saturday night was to go dancing at our families favorite place , Walburg, but decided not to go. Instead we turned up the music and danced right in Mamaw & Papaw's driveway. It was a blast.
