Our Family Christmas 2009

Twas the night before Christmas...

Luke was not interested in Santa coming to our house while we were sleeping. So, mommy didn't press the issue and just took it upon herself to leave Santa cookies & milk. The next morning Luke was glad mommy took care of that!

Here are the gifts Santa left.
Each child got three things & one "shared" gift.

and some of his other toys.

Brady loved his new toolbox Santa left for him!

Taking it all in!

The boys in front of their gifts.

I'd say he was happy with what he got...

Notice the crums on Brady's face, he finished Santa's leftover cookies.

Christmas Eve Eve

After the service we had some friends & family over for dinner. The kids lined up in front of the tree for a quick picture before exchanging gifts. My they are all growing so fast!

Happy Birthday Mommy

Mommy turned 29 this year!!! To celebrate, I had a birthday dinner at Papasitos with friends on Monday, then birthday breakfast Tuesday morning at The Allens house, then birthday dinner Tuesday night at my parents house. What a blessed mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend I am!

Father/Son Golf Trip

For Christmas this year Caleb's dad asked that him and his three sons go play a game of golf. They went and had a wonderful time together!

Christmas At Grandma Sue's

Traditionally, we have Christmas with Grandma Sue at her house the weekend before Christmas. So this year was the same as any other. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed her amazing gumbo!

The cousin's kids all drew names and had fun opening their gifts from one another. Most of all they have fun playing in Grandma Sue's play room!

Another tradition we have with the Wilson side of the family is Christmas Crackers. You cross arms and pull your cracker. Inside the cracker is a colorful crown as you see below, a joke, and a toy. Christmas would not be Christmas without these...

Cookie Party at our House!

Luke and I decided it would be fun to have a Christmas Cookie Decorating Party this year since that is one of his favorite things to do. So, we baked 77 sugar cookies in lots of different shapes, invited 12 friends over, and had a party!

Above are just a few of the cookies we started with.

Luke's Class Christmas Party

Wednesday was Luke's Christmas party at school. Parents were invited, so I decided to join in on the fun!

Just a few pictures of the class bulletin board. Mrs. Alissa does a wonderful job on their classroom.
