My Hungry Boy
I know, all kids are hungry at some time or another. Brady stays hungry ALL the time. Food really is the key to his heart. He can be in the worst mood and you give him food he gets happy all the sudden. It's the funniest thing!
Tonight we had tacos for dinner. I would say it's his favorite, but that would be a lie. He doesn't have a favorite food- it's all his favorite! At any average meal, Brady can easily get seconds, thirds, then finish whatever Luke didn't eat from his plate....
When he thinks he is getting finished, he has to lick his hands.
Then lick his plate.

Thanksgiving 2009
Our family went to my parent's house for Thanksgiving this year. We had a wonderful meal and lots of fun spending time with my mom's side of the family. Her cousin came in all the way from Ireland.
Our menu: Baked turkey, fried turkey, ham, dressing, gravy, turnip greens, green bean casserole, green bean bundles, squash casserole, asparagus casserole, sweet potato casserole, watergate salad, coleslaw salad, and lots & lots of rolls.
For dessert: pecan pie, coconut cream pie, pumpkin pie, & chocolate pie.
YUM!
Papa & the boys!
Dad & Luke
We had a wonderful time. After dinner, we went around the room and said what we were thankful for. Luke very sweetly said "I am thankful for my mommy & daddy"

A Very Busy Weekend...but lots of fun!
First, we had Aunt Kaitlen's 22nd birthday party.
Then, the next morning, Caleb & I drove to College Station to see the Baylor/A&M game. It was a neat experience to see a game a Kyle Field even though the Bears lost...big time :(
You may not be able to tell, but this is a picture of A&M's mascot, Reville.

Women's Holiday Dinner
The Women's Ministry at our church hosted a Holiday Traditions Dinner tonight. The main focus of the dinner was for women to share their holiday traditions, decorating ideas, recipes, mishaps, etc... with other women. It was so much fun and totally right up my alley.
Each hostess for the dinner was able to bring their own table decorations and decorate a table in either a Christmas or Thanksgiving theme.
Above is a picture of the table I hosted.
Here are the guests I had at my table.

Luke's First Teeth Cleaning
Today was Luke's second trip to the dentist, but first teeth cleaning. The first time he went to the dentist was when he was two and knocked his tooth out. Since we hadn't been since then we went today for his first cleaning.
Luke waiting to be called back.
Since he is officially a "big boy" he went back by himself without me. Thankfully I have a few friends who work at the office so one of them went back to snap a few pics for me (wink wink)!
